Dr (c) Thaddeus Nnabue has more than two decades of experience in the clinical laboratory setting. In the early 2000s, he founded Cornerstone Biomedical Laboratories, which he managed for five years. He has held several positions in healthcare, from clinical laboratory scientist, training coordinator, research scientist, laboratory supervisor/manager, and quality assurance manager. For the past four years, he has been with the federal government with the task of safeguarding the nation's blood supply by ensuring that blood establishments follow applicable safety standards and federal regulations in the manufacture of blood and blood products to ensure they are safe, pure, and potent. 

His love and passion for quality and customer satisfaction created the need to work with industry to address the growing concern of poor-quality patient care and rising patient dissatisfaction in the healthcare industry.  By providing this service, Thaddeus hopes to bring significant quality changes, especially to small and medium-sized healthcare facilities where an effective quality management system is lacking.

Thaddeus currently holds a master's in biomedical research technology, a Specialist in Blood Banking certification, and is currently a doctoral candidate in his postgraduate studies in Doctor of Healthcare Administration. Thaddeus is an Instructor in Immunohematology and has taught the course at the university level for more than four years.
